Following a review in 2016, the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) confirmed the quality of the student experience and the academic standard of awards at Robert Gordon University. This means that our degrees are awarded and recognised in the United Kingdom (UK). Furthermore, a number of our courses are also recognised and accredited by relevant professional bodies in the UK, further confirming the quality of our provision.
However, recognition outside the UK may vary. Therefore, applicants who plan to use Robert Gordon University qualification for employment or further study outside the UK, should check locally with their Ministry of Education or relevant bodies regarding the recognition of the qualification. Individual governments are responsible for updating their own state's approved lists. Robert Gordon University accepts no liability for any loss suffered as a consequence of inclusion, removal or changes to the University's status on government approved list.
