Equality & Diversity
Staff & Student Networks
Networks provide support and empower members of the RGU community. They are a great way to get involved and contribute to our commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
Staff and student networks are an important part of Robert Gordon University. They help to support and empower those that are often minoritised and marginalised. Our EDI networks are self-managed, independent and impartial, offering support, guidance and social events both and off campus. They offer a safe space for members to share experiences, connect with others, and contribute to RGU policies, practice, and procedures through our Equality and Diversity committees.
Staff networks are always open to new members and are supported by the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion team. Please email equality@rgu.ac.uk if you wish to set up a new staff network.
