Founded in 2014, the staff network empowers LGBT+ staff to meet, share information, provide support and through establishing a visible presence on campus ensures that the university remains a vibrant and inclusive environment in which all staff can reach their full potential without the fear of discrimination.

Who is the network for?
The Network is open to all staff of all sexual orientations and gender identities. We welcome those who do not identify as LGBT+ but would like to show their support for the LGBT+ community by being an ally.
Are you a Student?
We welcome postgraduate and research students join the staff Rainbow Network There is also an RGU LGBTQIA+ Network which is open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students.
What do we do?
