Accessibility for our events
We are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible environment for all who attend events on campus. Our approach is anticipatory, meaning we aim to remove barriers wherever possible in advance by ensuring venues, information, and services are accessible to a wide range of needs. We provide a variety of facilities and support measures, such as accessible venues, hearing loops, and clear event information to help individuals plan their visit. We recognise, however, that individual requirements may vary. Attendees are encouraged to contact event organisers in advance to discuss any specific access needs or reasonable adjustments. Our teams will work collaboratively to identify and put appropriate support in place, ensuring everyone can participate fully and comfortably.
