The aim of this activity is to support participants in finding a sense of fluidity between their own body and mind. A place to create artwork, in a space where you are absorbed into the sounds around you.
During this calm, one day workshop participants are invited to learn the process of eco printing with the aim to construct their own lavender scented, weighted eye pillow.
