The Estates & Property Services works closely with individuals, departments and schools to ensure the university's resources are used to best effect, aiming to:
- Deliver the physical resources to meet the strategic objectives of the University.
- Give an efficient and effective customer focussed service.
- Be an open, approachable, consultative and professional department.
- Promote a safe and physically attractive environment for University staff, students and visitors.
- Ensure that the Estates and Property Services staff, contractors and consultants it employs are effective in providing the best possible service to the University and its customers.
