People drive the success of RGU

People are at the heart of what we do and 2024-25 proved it. Our achievements are defined by the positivity of our staff and students, close relationships with industry and employers, and by the success of our alumni.

Last year we were proud to be accredited as a Living Wage Employer and to achieve our Athena Swan Bronze Award. Both are testament to the fact that the relationships that make us are rooted in fairness, inclusion, and respect.

Continuing progress toward financial recovery

The 2024-25 academic year has been one of the most challenging periods for the UK Higher Education sector in recent memory. Against this backdrop, RGU’s continued progress towards financial recovery stands as a powerful reflection of our resilience, adaptability and sound strategic direction.
