You must meet all conditions set out by SAAS.
Nursing and Midwifery students are not eligible to apply to this fund.
You can claim this income-assessed grant if you are:
- single, widowed, divorced, separated, your civil partnership has dissolved or you no longer live with your partner and
- you have at least one dependent child who lives with you the majority of the time
The amount you will receive depends on your income while you study.
