Degree Link
RGU works in partnership with affiliate colleges to provide a range of guaranteed progression pathways for Scottish students. Each year over 400 students gain advanced entry to RGU having first completed a HNC or HND at college.
Studying at college can offer a range of additional benefits to traditional academic study at university; students can take advantage of smaller class sizes and gain practical experience, often in a work-like environment.
If you haven’t met the entry requirements for a degree course, or are perhaps returning to education, college can be a great stepping stone to further study at university.
Degree Link allows students to have the best of both worlds, to study first at college, and then to complete a degree without any time loss.
We work hard with our partner colleges to offer guaranteed progression pathways* for students across Scotland, and we provide a range of support to ensure a positive transition experience from pre-application through to graduation. (*subject to meeting any specified conditions)
We also welcome applications from students with a relevant HNC or HND where a formal pathway does not exist, and each application will be considered individually.
