When I heard about the Graduate Apprenticeship (GA) scheme, it presented a fantastic opportunity to achieve my educational goals whilst remaining in full time employment. 

Although the course is challenging both in the material and in juggling the balance between work, home and studies, I have found it has already greatly enhanced my professional life. 

The application of the learned theory directly to the real world work environment means that I have been able to put into practice what I have learned. It has also allowed me to view my role within the organisation in new ways and found more ways to add value to my organisation. For those who learn best by actioning what has been learned, a GA is a fantastic avenue for further education.
