Opening Hours
Monday to Friday
- 9:00 - 17:00: Email and ASKRGU queries
- 11:00 - 15:00: Front desk in Ishbel Gordon Building (floor 3) - Join the virtual queue if you are visiting in person
- 15:00 - 16:30: Online chat at whereby.com/RGUHelpPoint (works best with Google Chrome)
You do not need to come to the physical desk for your student card as these can be posted to you. Student status letters can be requested online at Ask RGU or by emailing the Student Help Point.

Visiting the Student Help Point in person
If you would like to see us in person, please join the virtual queue when you are on campus, within at least five minutes' walking distance, and between our desk opening hours of Monday to Friday 11:00 to 15:00.
If you join the queue from your phone/device, you can check our Now Serving screen for your name to appear when your turn:
No phone or other device? No problem! You can join the queue from a self-check in tablet on Level 4 (reception level) of the Ishbel Gordon Building. There also are plasma screens on Level 3 showing who is being served next.
