Student Help Point

From travel to tuition fees, accommodation to application forms and finance to free time, the Student Help Point can help whether you are on campus or online.

We are your first point of call for any non-academic query. From housing to health, from student letters to student life, whatever your question, we will help you find the answer.

Front desk in Ishbel Gordon Building (floor 3) 

  • Monday 9:00 - 16:00
  • Tuesday 9:00 - 16:00
  • Wednesday 11:00 - 15:00
  • Thursday 9:00 - 16:00
  • Friday 9:00 - 15:00

Online Chat

  • Monday to Friday, 15:00 - 16:00

You do not need to come to the physical desk for your student card as these can be posted to you. Student status letters can be requested online at Ask RGU or by emailing the Student Help Point.
