Georgina Scott Sutherland Learning Centre

Located in the heart of the University Campus, the Georgina Scott Sutherland Learning Centre is Robert Gordon University’s newest open study space.

Designed with a student-centred focus, the Learning Centre provides informal, comfortable study areas to all students on campus, encouraging collaborative learning and group study.

Whether you are working on your own, or in a group setting, the Georgina Scott Sutherland Learning Centre has the perfect area for you to succeed with your studies.

Do you and your group need to crack down on a project? Book one of our 3 project rooms with a 12 person capacity. Fully equipped with a PC, large screen display, flipchart and whiteboard, these rooms provide the perfect space for you and your team to get the job done.

It is also possible to book a seminar room with all the appropriate amenities for group meetings, presentations, as well as the delivery of workshops and small scale conferences and classes.

 If you prefer a more casual setting, there are 8 comfortable project pods fit with sofas available, as well as 3 large open plan collaborative study areas suited for smaller groups.

Also conducive to solo study, you will notice 45 PCs throughout the centre that enable printing and copying services, along with an IT Lab that provides open access to another 36 PCs for your individual work.
