This virtual café offers a relaxed environment for knowledge exchange, and to share ideas, best practice, challenges, and reflections on the evolving landscape of carceral heritage.
This Carceral Heritage Lab will consider the theme of carceral heritage voices. We will explore questions such as whose voices should be represented in carceral heritage interpretation? How can ethics, inclusivity and sensitivities be navigated? How can exhibits and the visitor experience be designed to engage with different voices?
