Making bold, innovative changes in large organisations is no easy task. Join us as RGU alumna, Emma Corse shares her journey and her plans to improve sustainability at BrewDog.

After 16 years’ experience working in Higher Education, and time spent in regional economic development surrounding the Energy Transition in the North East of Scotland, Emma is currently the Sustainability Manager for BrewDog.

Emma is responsible for working closely with colleagues across the BrewDog Crew, at home and globally, to work to continue BrewDog’s efforts to Make Earth Again. The role includes a focus on decarbonisation of production, as well as working with suppliers and customers to understand the complexities of Scope 3 emissions and where the greatest impact can be derived.

Emma’s background in strategy and governance, and strong connections with academia, bring a collaborative approach to tackling complex sustainability challenges, driven by innovative and adjacent sector technology developments that can support industrial decarbonisation and sustainability efforts.

Join us as we hear Emma’s story and what it takes to make a difference in a big organisation.
