Our Youth Development Programmes (YDP) vary dependent on the needs and demands of the sport they provide for. The breadth of our knowledge and expertise allows us to be flexible in the design of your programme:

- Engaging sessions providing expert coaching with enjoyable exercises and activities.

YDP is £60 for 1 block which provides 1 session per week.
