Join us for a virtual discussion about our mind, body and soul during RGU Alumni Mental Health Awareness Month.

Does physical activity really improve well-being? Is nutrition a factor when it comes to mental health? To what extent does self-care impact wellness?

During these unprecedented times, perhaps there is a need to reconsider how important mental health really is and the ways in which we can support ourselves.

Our online discussion will explore these elements as we are joined by a panel of experts who will delve into the benefits of looking after our Mind, Body and Soul.
